Dr. Sabah Targhi is a Board-Certified Naturopathic Physician licensed in the State of Washington. She earned her Naturopathic degree from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. She has an extensive experience in managing broad medical conditions based on her past experiences and training at NUNM. In 1989, she earned an international bachelor’s degree in medicine & Surgery (M.B.B.Ch) overseas and has over 13 years of experience in Internal medicine with special focus on Cardiology and Endocrinology.
Dr. Targhi empowers and guides her patients to choose the best treatment to achieve their health goals. Every patient is treated as an individual, recognizing and appreciating the differences of each one. She strives to treat the patient as a whole and to eliminate root causes of the imbalance in body physiology.
Within the scope of practice as a naturopath, Dr. Targhi use different approaches including but not limited to, herbal, pharmaceuticals, nutritional and homeopathic.
She focuses primarily on treating adult patients and older children, covering both chronic and acute medical conditions. As your primary care provider, Dr. Targhi will make sure to address any of your health concerns and will coordinate with your other care providers when needed to help achieve the best health possible for you.
When away from the office, Dr. Targhi enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
